One of my Aunt's came by my house today asking for an opinion.. It seems she was planning on getting her son a pet.. She had 2 choices in mind, either a cat or dog.. Both seemed perfect for a little boy..

I told her i'm not really to sure which would make a better pet out of those 2.. I'd just get something small & easy to take care of, like a Goldfish.. And, if it ever died prematurely, it's very disposable.. Just flush it down the toilet.. A cat or dog would be abit of a hassle to dispose of in the toilet due to their size..

I don't really know too much about cat's or dog's.. Just the fact that cat's tend to have drinking habit's when left unattended..

As for dog's, looking up porn on the Net is very common for these animals.. No wonder most dog's will try to "hump" your leg when approached..

Anyone here have a cat or dog as a pet, or have any helful ideas in what to get?..

anyway, we have 4 dogs (3 of which are puppies), a pet turtle, and an arowana. just tell your aunt to get a dog...yung toy dog lang. tsaka mas malambing ang dogs kaysa cats!

i never had a pet naaasar kasi ako kapag tumatae, kadiri maglinis, kabadtrip lang...

try nya iguana para kakaiba... ;)

since i'm a dog lover myself, I'd suggest a dog. Dogs are naturally loyals. Cats are food thefts. hehe. XD

yeah... unfortunately it came too soon... mine was 2 weeks ago and my sister's was last week so essentially... i had a 2 week long spring break... now its back to hittin the books again... ugh.. or at least attempting to. :X

If the cat ends up getting drunk and passing out there's pretty much no need to take care of him...he's pretty much already taken care of right there.

I have a dog. If she decides to get a dog, make sure she gets the right breed for her lifestyle. Meaning, if she lives in a smaller home, or can't spend a lot of time outside, she shouldn't get a dog that complicates things.

Cats are good. But they still need to be grromed just as much as dogs. Also, if she decides to get a cat, tell her not to get it de-clawed. For the nails issue, she can get the nails trimmed down. De-clawing a cat is the equivalent of cutting off the fingertip-segments of a human's hand.

cats and dogs aren't too practical
either also because of all the shots and stuff needed..
and not to mention if it ever got hit by a car..

get a gerbil or hamster.
perferabbly gerbils since they are smaller
